Who this is
Sit is an Ardenholt program operated by Ruzylo Cloud, LLC. For a program like this one, privacy is not a policy section — it is the architecture, and this sheet describes it rather than reassuring you about it.
Your puppy's record: we never receive it
The puppy's name and age, the schedule Sit builds from them, the notes anyone in the house adds, and the milestones you tick off are stored only on your device, behind the phone's own lock.
There is no Sit account, no cloud copy, and no server of ours holding a duplicate. We cannot read it, restore it, export it, or hand it to anyone who asks — not because we would refuse, but because it is not somewhere we can reach. If you export or print it, the copy goes where you send it, under your control.
What we do hold
- Your email address, and only if you write yourself into the register on this site. It is used once, for the day Sit ships.
- Payment records, held by Apple or by our payment processor. We never see or store a card number.
- Ordinary web-server logs for this site — IP address, user agent, request path — kept no longer than thirty days, for security and debugging.
The schedule builder on this site
The free schedule builder runs entirely in your browser. The age and the waking hours you type are never transmitted, because there is no request to intercept — which is why we can say it plainly instead of hedging it.
What we do not do
- No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers inside the app.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of personal data, at any price and to anyone.
- No pet-food, insurance, breeder or trainer partner receives anything about you, because no such partner exists.
- No profile of your household, your dog, or your habits is built anywhere on our side.
If we ever shut down
Nothing happens to your puppy's record. The app runs offline and does not depend on a server of ours staying paid for. That is the point of building it this way: the record outlives the company that shipped it.
Your rights
Ask us to delete your register entry at any time — write to privacy@ruzylo.dev and it goes, promptly and without a retention conversation.
For the puppy's record, deletion is already in your hands: clear it in the app or remove the app, and it is gone. There is no server copy left behind for us to forget about.
Children
Sit is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. A child helping with the dog's schedule is using a record that never leaves the phone, which is the same protection everyone else in the house gets.
Changes
If this sheet changes we will update it and the effective date at its head. The on-device promise will not be weakened, because it is not a policy choice — it is the product.
